California Sun Dried Apricots – Granules
The apricots are washed, cut and pitted, then carefully laid on drying trays and dried in the California sun. The apricots are removed from the trays, sorted, packaged, and stored. No Sulfur dioxide is applied. The apricots used are grown locally in the California San Joaquin Valley. The drying process consists of sunlight only.
